Hart Floors, Inc., is a two generation company. It was founded in 1948 by Rowland E. Hart. In 1980, after 42 years, Rowland sold the company to his son, David A. Hart. Hart Floors is the oldest name in the midwest when it comes to the installation, sanding, refinishing and repair of gymnasium floors.
